A, Five sets of:
Shoulder Press x 3 reps
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets
Heavy weights for the 3 reps, build the weight each set. Final set should be 3 rep max.
B. Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
10 Hand release push-ups
30 Double Unders
