JBLM CF - Quick Guide

WHO: All members of the JBLM community to include active duty, National Guard, Reserves, retired, spouses, dependents, DOD civilians, and contractors.

When: Monday through Friday from 1730 to 1830 unless there is a holiday or DONSA.

Where: McVeigh Sports & Fitness Center, Fort Lewis, WA.

Cost: Free, this is an all volunteer non-profit military affiliate.

How to start: Check out the About JBLM CF tab or just come to a class and give it a try. All abilities and skill levels are welcome.
