WOD:
3 Minute AMRAP (As many rounds as possible) of:
5 Toes to bar
8 Air Squats
Rest 2 minutes, then...

12 Minute EMOM (every minute on the minute) of:
3 Sumo deadlift high-pull (95/65 lbs)
3 Power cleans (95/65 lbs)

This is an OG CF video demonstrating the SDHP (Sumo Deadlift High-Pull).  As well as another OG CF video on the Medicine Ball Clean.  Feeling a bit nostalgic today.
