Warm Up:

Inch Worms
PVC Pass Throughs

WOD:
Cindy (20 Minute AMRAP)
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats

Cindy is a metabolic grinder.  This is a great follow up after the strength focused WOD yesterday.  Just keep moving and do your best.
