Warm-up:
500 Meter Row
30 PVC Pass Throughs
10 PVC OHS
10 Strict Press (45/35 lbs)
2 Minute Total Squat Sit
20 Burpees

WOD:
A)  1-1-1 Rep Max (Muscle Snatch, Power Snatch, Squat Snatch)
Weight is the same for all three lifts

B) 6 RFT
25 Double Unders (30 tuck jumps if cannot do double unders)
Rest 15 seconds
