4 Rounds for Time:
30 unbroken wall balls
rest 2 minutes
20 kettlebell swings
rest 1 minute
10 strict pull ups
rest 30 seconds

*30 minute time cap. Goal for wall balls and kettlebell swings is to go unbroken. Use an appropriate but challenging weight!
